We loved the soft play! The movies kept my kids entertained for hours. The gym had everything I needed. I found standard equipment there. The staff were lovely and always ready to help, the whole family enjoyed the stay.
The breakfast buffet ran out of gluten-free options quickly , and more choices would have been nice.

good varietydated decorstale smell
the breakfast had a good variety each morning. staff put fresh food out.
the hotel seemed dated. the decor looked faded. carpets looked worn, and there was a stale smell in the corridors.

the room was clean and a good size for my family. the breakfast selection had good variety. the facilities across the site were excellent. all staff were helpful .
The hotel corridors felt cold. The heaters seemed off. there was no bottled water available in the room. the picture quality on the tv was also poor.
